What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard private label MOQ is 100 units per shade. Smaller pilot runs can be discussed for new brand launches before full bulk production.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling is typically 3–7 days after formula and artwork confirmation. Exact timing depends on formula path, shade matching, and packaging availability.
What is the bulk production lead time?
Bulk production is typically 25–35 days after sample approval, depending on product type, packaging complexity, and order size. Rush capacity can be discussed when the production schedule allows.
Do you offer private label and OEM/ODM manufacturing?
Yes. MLM Glitter supports private label from proven catalog formulas and full OEM/ODM custom development — logo, shade, fragrance, and packaging options for finished cosmetics (body shimmer oils, setting sprays, eye/glitter makeup, lip, and related lines).
What compliance documents can you provide?
On qualified inquiry we can support documentation such as MSDS, COA, and ingredient lists for your target-market registration workflow. We do not publish invented certificate numbers or claim unlisted certifications on this site — request authentic docs via contact or WhatsApp.
Which regions do you export to?
We are an export-oriented OEM factory in Shenzhen, China, and ship finished cosmetics internationally via standard export packing. Destination markets depend on your forwarder or logistics plan; we coordinate carton labeling and packing for export. We do not invent a fixed “countries served” count — share your destination and we confirm the practical path.
Can you customize formula, logo, and packaging?
Yes. Customization typically includes logo on bottle/box, color matching, fragrance options, and packaging selection. Custom formula (OEM/ODM) work is available within factory capability after brief review — tell us your category, benchmark, and target market.
