2. Manufacturing and OEM Services

All OEM, ODM, and private label manufacturing services are subject to a separate, formally signed Manufacturing Agreement. The information on this website serves as a general guide and does not constitute a binding manufacturing contract until a formal quotation and agreement are executed by both parties.

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Our stated MOQ of 100 units per shade is a general guideline for standard packaging. Specific MOQs may vary depending on custom formulations, specialized packaging requirements, and raw material availability. Final MOQs will be confirmed during the quotation process.

4. Intellectual Property

The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MLMGlitter and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. We also strictly protect the intellectual property and custom formulations of our OEM clients under NDA.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on MLMGlitter's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
